I didn't have a fantastic experience with my therapist, I was asked 3 or 4 times how me and my fiancé felt about me seeing a male therapist, this was my first ever therapy experience so it could have been my nerves from that showing, but it became a lot. Getting ahold of the office was difficult while they didn't have a receptionist and there was issues receiving my bill. Jill and Marley have reached out to help me sort everything and I am very grateful for them doing so, I was very very nervous about my account becoming delinquent around the holidays as there was an issue with the mailing system. They have completely validated my feelings of frustration with the situation. I hope things go better in the future with mailing and having a receptionist up front to help with the paperwork and answering calls.
