The reviews clearly don’t lie. I decided to give this place a chance thinking I wouldn’t have to speak with Dr. Julie not knowing even if you click 3 to speak with Jay she still listens to all of the voicemails and will call you back. I’ve been struggling with anxiety for a while and Dr. Julie’s call to me over billing made things even worse. I think Dr. David Krulee is a great doctor but unfortunately will not continue care with him or deal with this office ever again. Not to mention they overcharged me for my copay and when I called to ask about updating and hopefully refund me for the overcharge Dr. Julie got upset with me and told me I made her other “employee” upset as well.
