Our son has been a patient of Dr. Bora's since January 2023. His previous doctor of 30 years was retiring during the final months of the pandemic. It was difficult to find a new psychiatrist with the expertise to work with an adult w Autism. Our son was referred to Dr. Bora from the psychiatrist who his long-term doctor has recommended; the referring doctor was not taking new patients. When I called the office, they told me Dr. Bora was not taking new patients either but other physicians in her practice could see him. Our son is a very, very complex patient. Ideally we wanted to see the doctor referred to us. I asked the front staff to PLEASE have Dr. Bora review his file before she decided to see him or not. I had little hope. Within a week they responded that she would take him as a new patient.

This place was instrumental in anchoring our path to healing. Our list of valuable humans here is long. Cindy and David were crucial. Jamonica and Elvin connected with my son in valuable and authentic ways. Finding the joy in the difficult journey is key and we thank you Embark. ❤️

Everyone in the office, from Doctor Gaynor to all her staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Our family got treated poorly from another Psychologist's office and we are so glad that we found Peace of Mind!! They provided excellent service for our daughter and we highly recommend them for any of your psychological need!
