The program is truly amazing and helped me more than I can even put into words. The entire staff are a group of kind, compassionate, and incredibly dedicated people, and the facility itself truly does feel like a resort. The therapy, group programs, and extra activities are all so conducive to recovery from mental illness as well as substance use disorders.

My husband and I have been going to New Focus for several years. The front desk staff is very helpful and friendly. Whenever I have a question between appointments they are very quick to respond. Dr. Aflatoon is extremely knowledgeable. He is concerned about his patients’ mental health and displays a high level of compassion. I highly recommend New Focus Addiction and Behavioral Health!

Absolutely terrible customer service. Dr. Feinsilber has been fine but Gabriele his front desk staff is nothing but rude. I have accepted her treatment only because I felt Dr. Feinsilber was best for my son but she makes the whole process so difficult. She was very direct in telling me that she did not care what my circumstance was for not being able to attend an appointment. There are never reminders for appointments and communication is simply atrocious. It is unfortunate that the office has such poor staff because Dr. Feinsilber is a good therapist but she makes the experience unnecessarily frustrating. I recommend that Dr. Feinsilber find staff that is caring and willing to help those in need. Gabriele does not need to be in this position. She should hold herself to a higher standard of service given she is dealing with people seeking therapy for mental health. Absolutely disappointed.
