I was transferred here after spending a day in the ER due to a misunderstanding, and no one believed me. They thought I had psychological issues. After being brought here by ambulance, they left me sitting in a room in the basement with nothing but a sofa. They didn’t do anything; they just left me there. More than 7 hours passed before someone finally came in to ask me some questions and took me upstairs. I had my vitals checked and an assessment done. The staff member who conducted my assessment was terrible—she kept doing other things or turning to talk to others while assessing me. I had to stand at the counter for over 2 hours just waiting for her to complete my assessment.
