While this place certainly isn't without problems, they have great therapists and psychiatrists here. Meg and Dr. Park being the best. Because of the sliding scale setup, I can get mental health services and prescription medication for free. The front desk people don't answer the phone as much as they should, but everyone here has been very sweet to me and it cannot be understated what a big deal it is for me to be able to get medical care here. I can't afford insurance, this is all I have. So thank you to everyone at this center!

Unprofessional and don't take people's mental health seriously. Appointments are canceled without notice. Said I was a no show when I never recieved the video call. Rene the therapist set up 2 video call appointments with me and never called. I went on to speak to the manager with my concerns and was told she's on meetings the rest of the day. Rt! Lier!
