Unorganized, unproffessional and honestly Ferlin should not be in charge of anyting to do with the company. They GET PAID for their services, and paid well, but they can cancell the service provided whenever they want, at wim. In the 3 months I have been involved with them, he has cancelled atleast 8 SCHEDULED classes very suddently, he didnt inform anyone a couple times and people were just left waiting. He REFUSES to contact the people he's supposed to, we have asked him to reach out to the state of Florida, because they are holding my friends license, and inform them of their enrollment in the classes, forbidding them from getting a driving permit to go to work. he refuses to give us any record of the classes they have taken. refuses to call back and discuss any of these topics, but will gladly send reminders for payment for classes. Just the biggest mess of a organization i have EVER seen. if there ar ebetter employees, then i apologize and I'm sorry that Ferlin is giving a TERRIBLE representaion of the rest of you. If you want to get anywhere with your court ordered classes , or you don't want to have to chase someone around to do their jobb, DO NOT GO TO THE HERITAGE FOUNDATION.

This place is very unprofessional and completely made up a lie on me if you’re looking for help to change your life or for PTSD like I was you really should try to go somewhere else because this has made mine worse and I trusted them When you have PTSD it’s already hard to trust someone to tell your story but when you have one appointment and you start feeling comfortable, they deferred me and told me I could not go back over a staff’s mistake But of course they’re gonna protect theirs, and I’m definitely gonna protect mine
