I completed the outpatient program at Ridgeview and it was life changing and so helpful in helping me handle life after treatment. Duane, Melanie, Alexa, and Debbie are amazing!!!!! I cannot express how much I recommend the outpatient program here.

Great program all around. I've been too multiple rehabs battling alcohol. I learned more about my disease in 1 week at twin lakes than every other place combined. The therapist are great, the techs were nice and very helpful, parke and Athena are amazing people, miles and tony too. this place doesn't forget you when you leave. They will give you all the tools you need to begin recovery no doubt. Food is good and we always had fresh fruit and snacks. The most beautiful property to begin a new lifestyle. Remember it only works if you work it. I highly recommend starting your journey at twin lakes.

Edited to add: I must've struck a nerve when I told the "supervisor" that he is clearly only there to collect a paycheck. He wouldn't give me his name or his supervisors name or contact info for the complaint I'm still going to file. Cool your jets you short prince. He sure is a tough lil guy from behind a counter shouting as we walked out 🤏🏼🤏🏼🤏🏼 His screaming echoed through the halls of the advantage location as loudly as his ignorance and incompetence. Please seek help any other way than through Advantage Monroe. This office doesn't care anything about behavioral healthcare. They will NOT help you find any viable resources. My loved one has been stuck for months in this system with no answers, but tons of follow up calls where his questions are ignored. They claim they'll help you, but nothing has actually come to fruition. They won't let him speak to an ACTUAL Doctor even though we've requested multiple times to do so. Behavioral health isn't ignoring your clients needs!!!
