Kind and caring, a great place for healing. The wonderful clinicians and staff helped me through a very tough time in my life following a stress-related burnout, depression, and a life-changing mental health diagnosis. Time Wellness helped me by providing a safe space to talk, expanding my coping skills and tools, changing my attitude, and helping me believe in myself again. I'm continuing to work on myself and am taking classes towards a career of my dreams! I saw growth and maturity in almost all other clients that I shared time with. You or your loved one is worth this level of kindness and caring.

I worked with Dr. Shah as my therapist for about 6 months back in 2017. He was one of the best therapists that I've ever had. He helped me confront a lot of my issues with anxiety and helped me learn to use the coping skills that I knew about but had trouble actually implementing. Those months were probably some of the hardest I had to experience in terms of life changes and mental health, but Dr. Shah was really great in helping me conquer my anxiety and get through that time.

The management was AWFUL here. I stayed at the Summit Trail and Mr.Ed was scamming these young adults out of their money! Including me. He demanded that I owe him all of this money and could not communicate properly on why and how…? I decided to move out and he did not do a walk through with me or even gave me the clarity I need for the amount of money that I (owed) But now… 8 months later I find out he gets let go of FOR taking these people’s money. I pray the structure of this program changes. All of the rules they have for these young adults is very unnecessary considering that they take their adult paychecks from their jobs. But yet.. have rules that treat them like they’re in a group home with all minors. The resources they give are very helpful… only if it is coming from a genuine place. I pray more authentic people who actually care for transitioning challenged young adults to a more healthier stable lifestyle. ❤️
