Dr. Giles is absolutely AMAZING!!! She is such a wonderful doctor and person overall, is super kind, helpful and truly cares about her patients. The staff accommodates me super well every time I come in and the office and treatment rooms are always spectacularly spotless. It precisely is always an absolute pleasure to come in!!!

Former employee. There is a huge turnover for supervisors and I certainly learned why during my time there. The "leadership" like to play the blame game here and point fingers at other people. They do a great job of selling themselves initially, but they do a poor job of providing a productive work environment. It was very toxic and if you are looking for a company that supports you and your important work, I recommend looking elsewhere.

Everyone has been great, from the staff to the medical team. They put a lot of effort into making you feel at ease when you get there, and it shows. I see Dr. O. whenever I go and he has been great. If I had a close family member that lived here and they wanted recommendations for a good mental health practice, I would point them to Serenity.
