Mental Health Providers in Channahon, Illinois

We contacted Aspire over a month ago. We set up our insurance and created an account for our daughter to begin therapy. Despite having made several appointments, they have all been cancelled by Aspire. (Once it was was as late as two and a half hours before our scheduled appointment and then a no-show from them this morning. We were there, but the door was locked. No one would answer the door bell, our knocking, or answer either of the phone numbers on the door.) When no one responded to us this morning, we left and emailed Aspire asking them to shred our insurance cards and personal information. I then received a text message almost two hours after appointment time from the therapist stating that they had overslept. If you cannot get us in after 4 weeks of cancelled appointments, then we will be looking elsewhere. This is not helping our daughter's mental health.
