My son is 40 yrs old and has been in Chester many times. He has been there for a year presently. He has been in at least 20 hospitals since he was 20. I have to say this is by far the best care he has ever received. The staff is wonderful and caring. I have gotten updates whenever I call his social worker. He is a very difficult person to deal with. The staff has been very patient and kind to him. I can actually feel relief of worry and stress on my husband and me in more than we have in 20 yrs. This facility deserves an award for their outstanding care and compassion they show.
