Dr. Mariana Moreno helped me to resolve some issues that I had. She was very professional, a really good listener and I felt that I was able to connect with her and that really helped to use the advice that she gave me. She also helped me to have more confidence in myself!

I have been a patient at this practice for two years and have always had a wonderful experience with my provider and with Mala, who was incredibly professional and caring when I first started. However, after a brief hiatus due to an insurance change, I am shocked at how the office culture has declined. I called on January 5th to update my info and was told by Maria there were no openings but that she would notify me of any cancellations. When I followed up on the 20th, Maria was extremely dismissive and acted as if we had never spoken. She then falsely claimed I had canceled an appointment on the 2nd—an appointment I never scheduled—and told me I’d have been seen sooner if I’d kept it. To make matters worse, when I asked if I could speak to Mala she claimed that she was listening to the entire call as a way to intimidate me, then hung up on me when I couldn't immediately commit to a time that conflicted with my work schedule. It is heartbreaking to see a practice I trusted treat long-term patients with such hostility. I hope management addresses Maria's conduct, as patients deserves better.
