Laughed at, mocked, coerced and shamed. Some of the nurses and social workers were AMAZING and helpful, but most of them acted like I was just there to cause them problems.

This is place is a scam. They go months with out telling you about billing issues and copays just so it racks up. It is not a patient responsibility to take care of their months over due billing issues cause their staff is lazy and neglectful.I will be reporting this place to the state of michigan. You can not legally keep charging people for months of work y’all failed to keep in tabs about. Once again will be reporting to the state and including that second therapist I had while i was attending. Also this place lies about how they view mental health. They do not care about your mental health cause they will throw you under the bus and help you lose all progress within yourself.
