This place was a joke. First of all I needed(and STILL) need help. The groups/classes they had were almost nothing to do with mental health, and more about coloring pictures and having music therapy. The "Dr" that runs it you NEVER meet in person and you have to do like a zoom meeting with along with about eight different people also right there listening too(so you can never really have that 1:1 personal repore with) They let the other patients run in the hallways naked, and let a lady in a wheel chair sit and nod out and drule all over herself right in the damn hallway for hours. I went in on a great combination of meds that were finally working for me and the quack of a Dr decided he knew better. And left me detoxing off meds I have while I'm there to get mentally better, so ya just threw one more thing on my plate. Because of the weather they lost power and the good ole "it is what it is" attitude was back in play. In my opinion they did NOTHING to try to compensate for having kid meals, and no groups. Every decent in in-patient behavioral health unit I've been to have groups almost all day, and they literally fit the group about what your struggling with. Myself am struggling with grief over my father passing a little over a year ago, and also had retriggered my PTSD that I struggle with after serving our country for four years(right in the heart of the OIF/OEF war in Iraq , and Afghanistan!?!? They spend more time on their phones than helping or just sitting with patients having a hard time if you can know what I'm saying....

Ignore the negative reviews. Medication is part of therapy for us mental health patients. The doctors their do know what they are doing, it's just the people who don't want to be there, that end up giving bad reviews as well as their friends or loved ones taking the side of mental instability over actual medical practices that would benefit the patients in the long run. If I hadn't been admitted years ago, I never would have gotten on the right meds or even be discharged from Community Mental Health. I am a big success story for mental health, so listen closely and take to heart what I have to say. If you have mental disorders, please seek help. Medication is not a job, you cannot put in a two week notice and quit. Stay on your meds, take them as prescribed and visit your psychiatrist regularly. I promise things get easier to deal with, if you just give up any notion that you are in control of whatever, mood swings, voices, visual hallucinations, etc because eventually if you don't give that control to a doctor, you will probably end up even worse off then you were. There is a DNA test to find out what meds will work for you. Do the test, get your meds, take them. As prescribed... A few years later and your case could be closed like mine. Feeling suicidal? Having terrible mood swings? Hearing voices in your head? Seeing stuff that ain't there? The answer is clear as a bell: seek a psychiatrist.
