Mental Health Providers in Howell, Michigan

Biggest joke I've seen. They earned their 2 stars that's for damn sure. I've seen everything from the Dr mixing up my chart and trying to prescribe me lithium for SOMEONE Else's bipolar disorder to being but on SEVEN different medications at once and not sleeping for months. I'm currently in the ER because the Dr didn't fill out the prior auth in time before they closed for the weekend. They said call the emergency line at cmh. their emergency line at CMh "doesn't have emergency personnel on staff" and would "call me back sometime this weekend" but to go to urgent care. Urgent care Dr said she can't prescribe mental health meds and to go to ER. So now I'm sitting in the ER waiting to see if my mental health meds are "medically necessary" to be filled by the ER. This was my LAST STRAW with this place. Please do not waste your time. Unless u want to be neglected and overlooked as well as ignored and well as drugged do NOT go here at all costs. I was only listened to enough to ask if I was "in crisis" and since the answer was always no I remained overlooked. CMH is a joke.

The services provided by the Livingston County Veteran Services Office is a invaluable part of the community and to veterans alike. The professionalism, courtesy, and kindness is beyond reproach. They never hesitated in the services they provided during my claim process. Kelly and team are absolutely amazing and they make every interaction a pleasurable one.
