Dr Deponio is wonderful. He was thorough, kind, and respectful, while meeting all of my husbands with Parkinson’s, needs, when he was in inpatient rehabilitation.

I am a 45-year-old male and have been in therapy since I was 18 years old. I have been on my current medication for years. It was a bad experience from the very beginning. I started there on 6-11-2020 and everything was going well until the therapist (Rebbeca Jordan) started rescheduling appointments and canceled the last 2 I had with her. The office never called me back to reschedule and then closed my file. This was around September of 2022. I was fortunate enough to still get my medication through my primary doctor. I thought I would try again in April 2023. Everything was going okay until this morning with Justina Nzums a nurse practitioner. She stated she was going to start winging me off one of my medications. The previous psychiatrist I saw there Dr. Demercurio said if it's not broken there is no need to fix it. Why Justina feels different I do not know. The only person that actually said they were sorry was the receptionist. She asked me to speak to a lady named Katie about my experience. Here I thought I would get some help but no. I told her I have been on this medication for over 20 years and her response was then why did you start coming to us if I had a Dr. prescribing. I explained that I moved to Michigan and had to find a new doctor with someone who has truly struggled with severe depression and anxiety pretty much my whole life. I have never been treated so badly. They really do not care about their patients. I would never recommend this facility to anyone. They have my anxiety through the roof because of the way they have done. I can't believe they can help people with mental health problems when they seem to just make it harder for the patient. I hope this helps someone who truly needs help to not waste your time to just get disappointed or possibly worse.
