BELIEVE THESE REVIEWS. BE PREPARED TO BE LET DOWN, SCREWED OVER, AND BE DIZZY WITH ALL THE PROBLEMS SWARMING AROUND IN THIS PLACE. I've been going there for 2 months, given them the benefit of the doubt over and over again after getting screwed over and having to go into withdrawal FOUR DIFFERENT TIMES WITHIN 2 MONTHS because they wouldn't give me medications only due to THEIR problems in the facility. IF YOU HAVE MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES YOU WILL LEAVE THIS PLACE WORSE THAN WHEN YOU WALKED IN. IF YOU DONT HAVE MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES YOU WILL DEFINITELY LEAVE WITH ISSUES AND MAJOR ANXIETY. Having to go there every week and walking in and having a new problem on their end EVERY SINGLE TIME. They talk crap about each other, about other faculty members TO THEIR PATIENTS. I already know after 2 months the main people who cause problems in this place. I HAVE THEIR NAMES. I'm calling the CDC and the Better Business Bureau about this place. You cannot trust their drug tests because I WAS TOLD BY FACULTY that HALF THE TIME they have false positives for drugs in your system that aren't actually in you system, so then you have to go back after only a couple days and take a new drug test. Be prepared to come here multiple times a week. And they NEVER CALLED ME PERSONALLY about the false positive drug test. I HAD TO CALL THEM AFTER REALIZING THEY DIDN'T GIVE ME MY MEDICATIONS. It's a good thing I called them to take a new test or else I would have had to go into withdrawal AGAIN. If you need drug tests here I would ask for aphysi al order for a drug test and get it done at a DIFFERENT FACILITY BECAUSE THEY HAVE FALTY DRUG TESTS. They told me it happens to people ALL THE TIME. AND BELIEVE IT OR NOT this is all only a small portion of ALL THE ISSUES KEEP HAVING HERE. THANK GOD I have other doctors outside of this facility that are willing to actually help me. DON'T LISTEN to them when they say they can help you. They are CONDESCENDING and JUDGEMENTAL. They will look you up and down and judge you BEFORE EVEN SPEAKING TO YOU. YOU WILL GET NO RESPECT FROM A LOT OF PEOPLE IN THIS PLACE. I could go on for a long time about every issue. Out of curiosity I asked other patients in the waiting room if they've had issues from this place in every single person told me that YES THEY CONSTANTLY HAVE ISSUES HERE. THESE POOR PEOPLE NEED HELP AND THEY ARE NOT GETTING IT HERE AND THEY ARE LEAVING WORSE THAN WHEN THEY CAME IN. A woman there once SNATCHED MY PHONE OUT OF MY HAND AS I WAS TALKING TO SOMEONE ELSE TRYING TO FIGURE OUT THEIR PROBLEMS!!! I HAD TO FIGURE IT OUT WITH THE HELP OF MY MOM. SHE HAD NO RIGHT TO TOUCH ME OR MY PHONE.. MAJOR ANXIETY GOING TO AND FROM THIS EVIL PLACE. I CANT IMAGINE WHAT MENTALLY ILL PEOPLE ARE GOING THROUGH DEALING WITH THIS PLACE AND I FEEL BAD FOR THEM. DONT GO HERE.
