Worst experience I’ve ever had the staff. Nurse was very disrespectful to me very awful. She traumatized me badly. I tried to talk to staff and her and she just will not listen and felt like no staff believe me or anything. They told me that I couldn’t talk to one staff because me and her got close and they said that I couldn’t talk to her anymore awful experience just awful and they’re gonna kick me out I think on Thursday last Thursday Something really petty and stupid and it wasn’t even true and I had to abruptly leave because I was mentally sick there

Been trying to make an appointment for my son since October of last year. Have talked to three different people on three separate days all of which said they would get back to me when an appointment opens up. All three of them have told me the same thing still have no appointment set up. The staff does not communicate to one another. And they're sending me voicemails at 6:00 and 7:00 p.m. but when I call them in the morning nobody answers or if you're lucky after waiting on hold for 20 to 30 minutes they'll hang up on you.
