Dropped my wife off this morning, wondering about this place with some of the reviews about being left along, thinking it was just bad experiences. She called my 2 hours later saying the case worker said nurse would be in at 1030 and therapist at 1115. Fast forward to 1125 and the "case worker" had showed her around and put her in a room by herself to do some crossword puzzles... Abandoned. Nurse never showed up, therapist hadn't either. I told her to go to the front desk and say what's going on? They said oh, we don't put you on group right away the first day and the nurse didn't know she was supposed to see you... Oh, and there's some paperwork to fill out in your folder. None of this was relayed to her and she was simply alone with her thoughts, the exact reason she's at Rogers trying to fix right now. What an absolute disaster of an intake process and it seems to be a recurring theme with clearly nothing done to address it. Rogers, how can you read all of these reviews saying the same thing and NOT address your intake process? What a joke. I'll change the rating if it improves, but not leaving a good impression on a key part of treatment, making the patient feel valued and see.... Nah, we'll just toss you in a room by yourself with some puzzles.
