Mental Health Providers in St Louis Park, Minnesota

Now I see why you guys have 2.9 stars you do not care about Your clients when it comes to their mental health. I had an appointment that was canceled then was told I would get a call back to schedule never did when I called back I’m being told to call my insurance to find a new provider all because my clinician got sick on the day of my appointment had to cancel, which is totally understood but now I have to do the legwork to find a completely different clinic that takes my insurance do their intake and then get an appointment. This is nonsense I have worked in the mental health field previously I have never done a client and that such matter I have always gone above and beyond, especially if it was something like a clinician being sick and the clients appointment being canceled you need to get it together.
