On Last week my son met with Brenden PA, where we were told he’s “not Shawn Baker” and “not a proponent of medication” Despite me reaching out to the center for emotional health where my son has been seen and managed by Sean baker successfully for years. This provider blew my concerns off and asked my child in a crisis if he could increase his meds which he clearly needs after being in crisis on multiple occasions I feel this provider blew me off because my child is black and difficult to manage and because I’m a young black mother. I’m not just a young black mother I’m a mental health nurse with 13 years of experience currently employed at the Department of veterans affairs and I care very much about my son and his care which I’ve been trying to manage in my home for years along with therapy . It was successfully managed by Sean baker my son was not hospitalized for the past year and a half , Sean took excellent care of son . Brenden’s carelessness and bias , his lack of assessment and attention to this urgent matter caused my son to act out again in crisis on yesterday he is currently hospitalized and I am extremely disappointed at the sub par care that I received, his lack of assessment and care for my son put everyone’s safety at risk on yesterday . And I pray that no other family has to experience this or is hurt by his poor practices please share this with Mr. Brendan and to whomever receives reports for dangerous care.

I literally have been seeing the same doctor for 4 years and in spite of the reviews things were fine until the last year. I messaged my doctor on MyChart, which seems to be the only way I can get a hold of someone to make an appointment, my messages went unanswered for months. So I decided I would just wait this last time, since I wasn’t in a rush, and she’s usually booked out a good bit anyway, and it wasn’t urgent. Well I forgot about the message and I went to send another one and it’s like she was never my doctor… all of my messages with her on MyChart are gone, all my previous appointments and notes, gone. I called the office yesterday, left a voicemail, nothing.

Chose better services Do not use this place they yanked my sister so many ways. Knowing she has a disability They have been helping her for years & now it’s like it wasn’t their job to do what she needs now it’s a problem they can’t. I will be filing a complaint with my senator against this place They been a poor service since day one been a lot of times that their personal lives has affected my sisters services when not showing at times, or just straight lies .They can’t keep people tells you something don’t it & my sisters peer barely showed many many times They are not here for their clients in mental health please chose arc of Rowan -Taylor mgt cause these people flat out suck. Do better for your loved one than this place.
