If I could give this rating a negative star trust me I would! I went in today and had to hold my composure. After applying and wanting to know if they have training on certain certification and the what all positions you could apply for the big darkskin lady was beyond rude. She sat in the chair eating a bag of chips and acted like i disgusted her and didn't want to respond to me but with a rude response. I said thank you and left because if she acted this way to a young student who was professionally dressed and polite I wouldn't dare want to work for that company! God bless the residents in that group home I will just take my good business to the other company just didn't want to drive to Winston Salem everyday but I will because they were respectful and professional.

Pasadena was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend it to anyone in search of help. Not only was the staff kind and the environment welcoming but the admission staff was willing to work with my financial situation to ensure I got proper care instead of turning me away. I came to Pasadena as my last resort in seeking help. I was at rock bottom all over again and I could no longer function in my every day life. My depression had gotten bigger than I could handle alone and I needed more extensive help than I could recieve elsewhere. After going through so many channels and checking reviews for both in patient and other outpatient facilities Pasadena stood out to me the most. It was the perfect choice for me and over the 8 weeks I spent there I went through so much change. Now I'm leaving feeling stable and ready to tackle work. They have given me the tools necessary to take control of my life again and for that I'm forever grateful.

I want to thank from the bottom of my heart the kind Team of professionals here; Kim, lorra, autumn, Terrance, Judith, Dr. Wong, and anyone else who was involved. I came here scared, and they went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and I was well cared for. Very considerate and you can tell that they love what they do and genuinely care.
