During my Stay here, I want to share my experience. Overall, my care was good, and I appreciate the efforts of many of the staff who checked on me and made sure I was as comfortable as possible during a stressful time. The nurses ( Ms. Niecey and her team) were attentive and kind, and they took time to explain things to me when I had questions. I also want to recognize the doctors for their professionalism and for addressing my concerns. There were moments when communication and wait times could have been improved, especially when trying to get updates or answers. At times I felt unsure about what was happening next in my care plan. However, I do appreciate the compassion shown by several staff members who helped me feel more at ease during my stay. Being in the hospital is never easy, but certain people truly made a difference in my experience. Overall, I would say my experience was fair to good, with both positive care and areas that could be improved, especially in communication and timeliness.
