DO NOT GO HERE. They ghosted me and I have no medication left. I have been calling every day and on hold for hours. Crazy how a PSYCHIATRIST could fully ignore a patient. WHY DO YOU NOT PICK UP THE PHONE. Do not recommend Elaine Walker. She won't respond to portal messages. The message mailbox is full, so you can't even leave a message. I tried calling the new patient line to have them contact the office, and they left a message but no call back. Also, why is the front desk always so rude when I come into office????

I’ve worked with SC from this organization for all of my children and when I say I highly recommend her and wish other therapist were so Involved, and caring for their clients. We are super thankful for the help we have gotten. In all levels.

They have no feelings for patients. If you hurt yourself or have a legit reason to not come in they won’t call you in any meds including psyche meds. Keep in mine I had to move to sc overnight to care for my mother with my sister and because they refused to give me a months worth off meds I couldn’t cancel my Medicaid in nc.Also I had broke the three bones in my ankle and dislocated it and I was ordered to keep my foot up and they called in my meds in one time. Also my mother that has dementia and had to ride with us and some days were tough and there was absolutely no concern from any of her or her employees. This place is horrible. She had Medicaid fraud but has doctors writing scripts. She has absolutely no feelings for anyone’s situation. All she had to do was write me 30 days of meds and I wouldn’t have had to travel there. It cost a lot of money and she had no consideration and no guilt.
