I've been a mental health patient since I was 8 years old, (1978). I've been to a lot of mental health facilities and institutions through our my life. Learning how to best deal with your situation, accepting as well as taking responsibility and how to best manage your life with what ever your condition may be, is very difficult especially if you don't have the perfesional help that knows what they are doing and takes time to get to you and how to best support you and treat your difficult situation. I've never seen as good of a behavioral health clinic or doctors that were as experienced and able to help as this place. They know what they are doing. It's important to have support that you can trust. Support you can safely work with and trust to have the knowledge and experience to work with a difficult situation. You can tell that they understand that you have a difficult situation and need help. Alot of times the patient becomes labeled as difficult and the disease goes untreated. This is a perfesional clinic, you can tell cause they don't confuse the two. I'm so grateful that my primary doctor referred me me to this clinic.

If u like hearing conflicting information and constantly hearing the words that there is nothing we can do about your child getting tormented or if like feeling helpless when it come to ur child, or u constantly hearing ur concerns about the situation is being heard and I'll let my directors know and someone will reach out to you to hear all ur concerns but then don't hear from them, or if u like being told u are raising ur voice at me even though I'm on ur side, but ur only raising ur voice is bc your child keeps telling u things that u don't like and u don't know what to do but call and complain, or if u like know that your child isn't getting the attention that she deserves just bc she is the oldest one in the pod and the younger ones need the most attention they what she does. If you like these things then Alexander youth network is the place for you to get the help for ur child for there behavioral health issues, but if u don't like these things then stay the heck away from this place bc we have been dealing with this for 2 weeks now and we only went there bc we didn't have a choice

Do not take up employment as a residential worker at this place if you’re offered. 12hr shifts, your coworkers are always late and you can’t leave til they arrive. No actual vacation so their policy is, even if you have the time you have to find your own coverage which is a joke due to how they run on bare minimum staff. All for about 15-16 an hour. Sheetz pays more than this, lol.
