I struggle with ADHD and was being treated for it by Dr.Green and unfortunately I’ll have to be finding a different place since it’s pulling teeth to make an appointment that works with my schedule. The front desk is typically rude or don’t do a good job. I enrolled for the message reminders of appointments and have received less and less as the appointments went on to where I didn’t receive them at all. I’m still not entirely sure what’s going on with that since it makes no sense that the messages would just stop. Their phone system is confusing and too long just to be met by people who sound reluctant to help. Dr.Green is a honestly a really good doctor but it’s not worth the hassle.

I’ve been a patient for over 5 years, and Gerald Bynum has always been professional, caring, and responsible with my treatment. The staff is incredibly helpful, especially with insurance and forms. Highly recommend.

Do not come here if you are severely depressed. I honestly wouldn’t recommend this location if you’re thinking of ending things or in poor mental health. The therapist I saw really liked to hear herself talk & also talked 90% of the time during our sessions. Outside of intake she did not ask me about why I was seeking therapy or what was the main reason I was there. Majority of our sessions she asked me how was my week and tried to offer advice about my daily life when that was not the reason I looked for help for my mental health in the first place. I mentioned this to her during one session and she assured me this would change during our next session, however the last session I had with her was her asking how my week was and trying to offer advice about it. Again. While she was a nice person, I would suggest looking for help for your mental help elsewhere.
