Herb showed me in life we will always have ppl to bring us down if allowed I didn't follow his advice to remove myself from those that used me fast enough but did have life changing experience not long after finishing the class. They focus on getting back and nurturing the healthy relationships through sobriety yet no nonsense to those not using our time appropiately. I can't say enough to reception that let me in to stay warm to director that made herself available. I saw a Dr.here and figured out right meds to take during that situational time in my life. I recommend them.
