0 STARS!! Absolutely horrible administration! They are completely and utterly incompetent! I brought my daughter in to the ER for an injury. She gave them her insurance card, which is in her mother and step dad's name. The stupid hospital billed me for their $150 copay. Not my insurance, not my copay. Pretty simple concept. I've been trying to get this rectified for several months to no avail. I went up the chain of command and spoke to the head of the hospital billing. I was told since I brought my daughter in, I was responsible for the copay. I was also told that if the coach brought her, the coach would have been responsible, or they would have reached out to the cardholder. So why didn't they do that? Legally, if your name isn't attached to the insurance, you can't be held responsible for the copay attached to the insurance. How idiotic! Scary thing is, I have more common sense, and I'm on disability with a traumatic brain injury. Stay away from this place!
