This hospital is affiliated with Allina and RF ER. Mentions nothing about it on their website?! Same doctors that work at the River Falls ER work here. If I would have known; I would never have went here. I have horrible ptsd from RF ER and in walked one of the doctors that I was seen by in River Falls. Instant panic and did not want to be touched after this. My cousin was screaming at me and they let her and also asked her questions regarding my health at the desk while I was in the room. Walked out to the nurse typing my cousin’s answers! Told me to go back in the room! First off; my cousin has zero rights to any of my medical and is not listed anywhere in any form to be acquiring or discussing my health. She knows nothing and is hard to comprehend! I am livid and now I have no idea what they put in my chart as they weren’t getting information from me (the paying patient)!
