Unfortunately I never got to see the doctor, I went to a different prohealth address by mistake and called over the phone to check with a nurse if I am arriving 7 min past my appt will I still make it. I was told if it's is 10 min past my appt I will. I got to the building 7 min past the appt only to be turned away by nurse kelly who said you are half way through your appt and turned her back on me and left. Horrible service if that's how a new patient is greeted. I know I was late and was my mistake but I should have béen told to not even come in if they wouldn't honor the 10 min policy. A new appt is 40 min why my 7 min being late is considered half way through my appt? What a monopoly of a joke.
