This is literally the WORST place I have ever been too since being diagnosed with a mental health disorder in 2015! And I have been to A LOT!! My doctor is awesome don’t get me wrong, as well as the nurse. The ENTIRE staff needs to be retrained or fired and start fresh. They are the most unprofessional people I have ever spoken to. They have no manners, and belittle you instead of talk to you. I have multiple recorded calls of them talking to me like I’m an idiot. Mental health issues does not affect your intelligence! I am actually very educated, and possess a masters degree. But yet I am talked to like I am a 2nd grader with a learning disability. This is NOT HOW YOU TREAT ANYONE! much less someone suffering with a mental disorder! What if they are in a manic episode, and your untrained, unprofessional staff members attitude sends them over the edge, and they harm someone or themselves?
