This location was by far the worst. The staff wasn’t friendly, didn’t listen, and responded disrespectfully when asked simple questions about scheduling an appointment. Our appointment was to see a doctor in person, once we arrived they notified us our appointment was changed to a virtual appointment. During the visit with the doctor, we were scolded about being late for the appointment. Mind you, we were on time and had to wait to get checked in by their staff. Then when discussing why we were there and what was going on, the doctor didn’t seem concerned or present. He asked a couple of questions and we had to ask him to reference the chart to see which meds worked best from 2021. He never reviewed the patient’s chart during the 18 mins he was “waiting” on us to get In processed. I would recommend the Macon location over this one.
