They have no desire to help you or your child so don't bother contacting, go anywhere else. Today ends a 2 year saga of trying to get my son in for an evaluation. I received a call this morning that they've changed their policy and a 1 hour parent interview is required before children are placed on the waitlist for an evaluation and that waitlist is over a year long. We've been waiting 2 years, always hoping to get him in before he starts kindergarten, I'm done waiting. They also claim that I refused appointments but how can I refuse appointments I was never offered. I've answered every phone call and email from them. Go somewhere else. Fraser is not worth the frustration.
