Monarch has really been there for me. The staff is so polite and friendly. Dr. McHale is a wonderful Dr. He listens to you and responds back politely and quickly. Recently, I have been feeling really down and pretty much without hope. My husband had sugested I should go to Daymark to see if they could help me. I went in the glass doors with tears in my eyes and fear in my heart. I left dry eyed and ready for the next steps. They were Johnny on the spot! The next time I went in Nikki C. Actually waved at me like I was a welcome friend, not a basket case coming in on my last leg. She always smiles at me and makes me feel at home. Let’s not forget Melissa B. With her sweet disposition and cool glasses, they make quite the pair! Having people with a good attitude at the desk is awesome when you are in a sticky spot, they helped to ease the tension of the day! Thanks guys for doing what you do!
