I was on the fence deciding if I wanted to try therapy again. I had some bad experiences in the past. I finally decided to give it a try and I am so glad I did. Allison is amazing. She is so warm and friendly. I immediately felt comfortable with her. She has helped me understand my emotions and even to the point of why I feel the way I do during certain times. She listens and does not judge or stereotype me. Allison really cares about her clients. I have a long road of recovery ahead of me and she assured me she'd be there every step of the way.
