As a clinical social worker, who had to utilize this hospital for a loved one- I was AMAZED at the quality of care received at this hospital! They were very communicative and supportive! They really took the time to consider the full medical history of the patient. They tried new medications and found the right combination. I’ve seen the mental health care system fail over and over again- and in this case, the staff at PPI was able to navigate this system like CHAMPS to provide the best possible outcome!! Honestly this place is an absolute mess! They scheduled us for an initial appointment with a therapist then the therapist calls us to reschedule it when we show up for the appointment there’s no appointment in the book! After waiting for a call back from the therapist and no callback two days later I call and they tell me that therapist is no longer with them!!! So then I’m sent to scheduling again and the scheduling people tell me there’s nothing within 30 days at that office and they cannot see the schedules past 30 days so keep calling back so ridiculous. They are an absolute mess. Their scheduling is an absolute mess and it is a waste of your time don’t go here.
