I wish I could give more stars to this place, I will always recommend this place. First, the staff there is excellent. Everyone at the front desk is kind and willing to help and answer any questions I have (which is really hard to find these days at doctor's offices). They are willing to work with my work schedule if something comes up, and they give me alternatives if I need to change something due to work. As for the med team there, any time that I had a question or concern with my medication, they always answer my questions, and if they need to discuss something with the doctor, I always get a call back that same day. Even if they don't have an answer, they give me an update on what is going on. I've had insurance issues with a medication recently and as soon as I called them with my concern, they took care of it within a few hours and even called the pharmacy to make sure they would fill it correctly (thank you to Tyler, and everyone that helped me with this issue!). I've been working with Alexandria Baker, and I cannot say enough good things about her as well. She listens to everything I have to say, she validates the issues and feelings I have with medication and taking too much of something. It's great dialoguing with her and actually having a conversation with a doctor instead of them dictating what I should be doing as most medical professionals have done to me in the past. The open communication is such a fantastic relief, especially with a diagnoses late in life like myself. I never feel like a burden when I call with small issues or questions. Thanks to her efforts, her listening, and her expertise, I found a combination that gets me the best quality of life. Thank you to everyone that works there, you are appreciated!

I received outstanding care at Washington Hospital when I went to the ER for debilitating muscle pain, weakness and shortness of breath which I thought was heart related. I feel accurate in saying that Dr. Greene and his staff saved my life after discovering that my hemoglobin was dangerously low at 4.7 which was causing my symptoms. I received an immediate blood transfusion and was admitted for an endoscopy and colonoscopy to find the source of the blood loss. Dr. Totten found the GI bleed during the endoscopy and was able to repair it on the spot. I have been able to resume my normal activities after months of not even being able to bring my own groceries in.

I was ten minutes late to my appointment , the original doctor was unable to see me. But the doctor Emily quickly took initiative to see me for the visit. She was insanely polite and answered all of my questions. She made it so I could relate to her. I’ve seen Emily before, and she remembered things I told her months ago. I believe Emily truly cares for her patients. Thank you Emily for switching sides(from the kids side to the adult side just make sure I got my labs done) !!! You rock
