Promises made. Promises broken. They should get out of this field until they have their own mental health in order. Update - what a dysfunctional company! And a terrible portal. And an expired verification on Psycholgy Today. Being a bad business is bad for business and those you purport to "serve."

The most unprofessional service. I had been going to this office for over 10 years and recently I switched psychiatrists. I saw my new Dr in October and my follow up for 12 weeks later in January. My follow up came and I was told my new Dr was hospitalized and to continue taking my medication and to call if I need any refills. I called this week to refill one medication. They said they cannot do it because my therapist Dina kicked me out of the system because she claims I wasn’t answering her to make appointments. But I have photos to prove she hasn’t reached out. She then proceeded to send a letter to my old address that’s I obviously never got. So now I need my bipolar medicine and they are refusing to refill it without a new initial appointment but they can’t get me in faster and they can’t give me a supply of medication until the initial appointment. So I can’t even be properly weened off my medication which can cause a worsening of bipolar systems and seizures but they couldn’t care less.
