A few years ago I attended this practice as a patient of Dr. Mcfillin’s… and I can proudly say he saved my life. The program is very intense with homework and tracking your behavior patterns, but holy wow does it make things finally click. I have been in and out of therapy since I was 13, and he’s the first one who ever undid all the brainwashing and trauma. The longer I’m out of the program, I find the more of his teachings I naturally apply to my life. 3 years later I still reflect on my binder notes from class.
