I’m incredibly thankful for the all the staff at STR.

A few years ago I attended this practice as a patient of Dr. Mcfillin’s… and I can proudly say he saved my life. The program is very intense with homework and tracking your behavior patterns, but holy wow does it make things finally click. I have been in and out of therapy since I was 13, and he’s the first one who ever undid all the brainwashing and trauma. The longer I’m out of the program, I find the more of his teachings I naturally apply to my life. 3 years later I still reflect on my binder notes from class. And this is without even completing the program due to a dangerous home life situation I was in which made me have to move…

I had called ahead before I checked in to make sure I was going to be able to take certain prescriptions of mine. I was told I was able to but in the 4th day there they immediately discharged me. I had no warning or anything before they had my discharge papers to sign. Also the rooms all have bed bugs which they knew about but didn’t say anything to me until I was all Bit up and actually caught one to prove it to them. I need help in life and all this place did was set me back another week and I’m back in the same spot now trying to find help again. I can’t explain how frustrating this was and I would never recommend anyone go there for help.
