PART 3 of my review/experience:

Tried to bring in my grandson who has FASD. We sat through the draconian intake and scheduled with “dr.” Reis. Two weeks later, they called to reschedule. No problem. A couple weeks later, they called to reschedule that appointment . Ok, unfortunate but it happens. Now, today, they called to reschedule again. To me, that’s unprofessional. Why would I want to bring him in there. Is this what every appointment will be like? Will my grandson’s prescription get refilled when the doctor reschedules again? If they don’t want to see a patient, they should say so, not blow off a young teen. I recommend “dr.” Reis get a job where she doesn’t have to see patients

My therapist Aleysha is absolutely Wonderful. In all my years (57) and a lifetime of therapy, this is the first time I have felt safe and able to tell my whole story. She is kind and caring and with my OK she calls me out in a caring way, of how I could have maybe handled a situation differently. For me, I need that accountability. She is just the person I need in my life. Just happy with all my productive sessions with Aleysha and for once in my life I actually (no lie) look forward to seeing her. The front end staff is wonderful also!! Missy is absolutely wonderful and so kind and accommodating. Thank you all for your kindness and understanding of my mental health journey.
