I was discharge today and I wanted to leave a review and I read the reviews about staff and everything blew my mind. That was not at all my experience. These people that work there are beyond amazing they are some of the kindest and genuinely caring people. I am so grateful for all their genuine compassion for what they do and the people they help God bless all of you 🙏5 south

If I could rate Threshold 0 stars, I would. Threshold is the company that owns the only 2 clubhouses in Berks County; Hope Springs Clubhouse and Mosaic House. Currently Threshold is in violation of at least 6 international clubhouse standards. Threshold is changing staffing positions within both clubhouses, while keeping all staff and members of both clubhouses in the dark. Members are supposed to be involved with the interviewing and hiring of all staff positions, including director. Threshold has not included a single member in this process whatsoever. All the staff have left Hope Springs due to the actions of Threshold. And this is deeply affecting the clubhouse members. We are people who struggle with mental health, and Clubhouse is a program that’s supposed to give support, opportunities, help, and safety to these members. But Threshold has treated us members like we don’t matter, like we’re nothing. Threshold has been taking our rights away and trying to silence us. The Threshold staff do not care about mental health whatsoever. All they care about is getting a paycheck. A nonprofit out for profit. And due to Threshold’s actions, Hope Springs Clubhouse has lost the safety and security it once provided the members.
