Mental Health Providers in Williamsport, Pennsylvania

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. They treat people like cattle. In and out with absolutely no feeling. This place should be investigated by the department of health. It’s completely immoral how they treat people with mental heath issues. This is not a place where people who are struggling with mental health should go. They make it worse. Just look at all the reviews. Like they say….if it walks like a duck

Horrible customer management! I had scheduled an appointment over the phone in November, and when I showed up was told the counselor I was supposed to see did not show up that day and I would have to reschedule. Now, on the morning of my rescheduled appointment (1 hr. 20 mins. before) I receive a call saying my appointment needs to be rescheduled AGAIN and was not properly entered into their calendar. It’s likely I only received this voicemail because I called the night before to confirm my appointment. When I called back, they were able to get me in for a Telehealth visit as soon as the next day with their Bloomsburg office. I can only hope that location has better calendar management skills. I could have waited for an in-person appointment, but I do not trust the Williamsport office at this time to honor and respect my time. I am overall upset with my experience with Genesis House, and this less-than-ideal solution of doing an initial assessment over the phone.

I love going to Devine hospital lab. Especially because they have Saturday hours and I can get labs done then rather than trying to rush somewhere after work. The staff is very friendly and great at their job. I've been going to them for almost 2 years now and for 2 pregnancies (yes within that two year span 😉) and I have never had an issue with any of the staff. Now and then there is a long wait but it's worth it.
