Do not have a single good thing to say about this place. My daughter went there due to self harm ideations and sever anxiety. They bullied her the entire time saying they “over heard her saying she was just board that’s why she was there” which was wrongfully out of context according to my daughter and several of the girls she was in there with yes they kept contact outside of the hospital. Next they falsely accused my daughter of bullying she’s never bullied anything a day in her life she laughed at a funny situation and claimed she laughed at someone, harassed her with PA about bullying didn’t give her a second of down time forcing her to do the pa and claiming she wouldn’t go home if she didn’t do it. We told her to advocate for herself and even called up there to gripe about the situation she’s there to rest her mind and try to straighten herself out not be falsely accused feel bullied and harassed and stressed and threatened. When her step mom called up there on request of me and her mother as she’s got a degree minoring in psychology and a second one in health care admin and she’s a pharm tech she has all the knowledges needed to understand most of this vs we don’t the social worker Emily refuses to call her back called her mom (unknowing all calls to and from the phones in our house are recorded and her mom already heard the whole voice mail) and twisted everything the step mom said. The mom was told one thing and we were always told another and it was NEVER the same story which of course me and her mom saw after sharing phone call recordings. My daughter in the week she was there or a little over she was 100% more distressed from the harassment and bullying and the facility was trying hard to put one parent against the other while hurting our daughter more and then telling her they wouldn’t do anything with meds tho she asked for a little help so she was able to take the edge off and use her coping skills as she was anxious walking up at a 10 and was too overwhelmed to sue coping skills properly and they told her she didn’t measure up to their image of trying and refused. I would NOT recommend and just so you know if you complain they tell you to call them with your experience and then write notes of how rude and non compliant and it’s really not even worth it as nothing is done about it in their facility they just cover their butts with excuses. But I do find people need to hear the Horst truth about these places who are supposed to be helping our children and are traumatizing them further.

Have had 3 separate 0 star interactions with their employees. Two of their male staff called me names ( the dr diagnosed me w DID and they kept snickering at me I was a fake claimer...which didnt even make sense to me at the time bc i didnt know what DID was),a girl didn't let me wash my hands when the sink to my room was broken and snirked at me like she was enjoying her power trip to not let me use a sink w soap(next day i was offered hand sanitizer once in replacement..they had sinks they just were having fun), and Rose literally hissed arent you glad you chose this unit when she woke me my first morning there. They try to rage bait you and treat you inhumane. I will never let my family go here for any reason. Plus they lied and told me my medical card was active when it wasn't so I was billed for being treated that way. They drug u w meds that make u feel like death and laugh at your pain. Highly don't recommend for anyone who has any mental or behavioral health concerns.
