Awful doctors. Before I left I was upset I didn’t have my ID to get a hotel room, and I didn’t have a working cellphone. I was frantically checking my bag looking for my ID and they rushed me out the door while one doctor said to me “well it’s all your fault!” They had me dropped off on 46 motel 6 with no ID, no working phone, no vehicle, no nothing. Also while staying there every time I experienced a problem they would just give me a pill. Not helpful. Not kind. Weird atmosphere.

I was a patient there for 6 months in 2018 and the therapist I had, Amy, Crossed many boundaries and became friends with my mom while I was a patient. Patient confidentiality was thrown out the window and there was a conflict of interest. I never felt safe enough to be fully opening therapy as it was all being reported back to my mother and Amy would always take her side.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. This place is a joke. I went three years ago, did my intake and never got services. I would call and nobody seemed to know anything but they'd have someone call me back. That happened several times and I never heard from anyone. My child got two separate referrals to go here and somehow they managed to drop the ball both times. Nobody knows what's going on. Somebody will call you...blah blah blah. This time I've been given the run around for two weeks. Enough is enough. Does anybody know anything there? If you genuinely need help I would suggest going somewhere else where they are knowledgeable and return phone calls.
