I hate to leave a bad review because the staff upfront is great, the nurses are wonderful. But my child has been seen there 2x. She has been going since August/september, she is supposed to be seen every 4-6 weeks. She sees Dr. Sriram. We're always in the waiting room for about 45+ minutes, which happens it's whatever but then in the appointment with the doctor last maybe 5 minutes tops. That's when we can see him. Her last appointment was in November. He took off on December, so she was rescheduled till January. He took off in January so reschedule till February 12th. Shocker, he is taking off, so they want to reschedule her for March 6th that's 5 months since her last appointment. Her pediatrician is concerned about one of the meds she's on and I can't even question him about it because he's never there and we can't see him. I put in a request for a change because it's insane a child should have to wait so long.

I originally called and made an initial appointment for therapy, specifying that my partner saw a counselor at Phoenix but I couldn’t remember her name. I gave them my partner’s name and when they put me on the schedule they confirmed it was a different counselor. I had a great initial appointment and when I got home to share with my partner, we realized I had seen his counselor. When I inevitably got the call that I would need to be rescheduled for a different counselor, no explanation or apology was given.

The only good thing about my stay was Brigette and Betty. They deserve a merit based raise. Thank you to Girlie also for you amazing bedside manner. It’s the honest ones that keep it real and keep the program going. Thank you to Amy; a tech who listened to me. Thank you to Gregg and Doug and Gregory the tech for all being stand up guys. It was great to have some Christian focused music groups so thank you Jackie and your colleagues in healing arts. All in all; I pray I never have to return; but I wanted to mention the nice faces and the strong Christian value of some of the employees. I felt like I was not given the time of day by the physicians and I felt like I did learn a lot though through all the mandatory classes. Lastly; thank you Angel and Suriah; and anyone else I forgot to mention. The ethical ones stick out in the best way.
