These people are the worst!! It’s impossible to talk to an actual person without calling several times for several days to finally get a call back. When they do answer or call me back, they are extremely rude and unpleasant. It’s impossible to get medication filled in a timely manner. I’ve been on a certain medication for 14 years for ADHD. Now, all of a sudden, they want me to take various tests before refilling my prescription. I completed all these tests but still no answers. The last time I filled my 30 day prescription was 2/24. I’ve been without my medicine for several days now and no one at this facility seems to care how abruptly stopping a medication that I’ve been on for over a decade is negatively effecting my mental health. There’s no follow up. There’s no empathy. I’m filing a complaint with my insurance and the Indiana State Department of Health.

My doctor and I came up with an approach to fix my problem I had one medication that worked in the past and that's what I was looking for they decided to give me three different medications and turn of this medication and every time they tried new ones they don't work.but every 2 weeks they rape my insurance and not once in 6 months did have helped me. This why people start looking self meditation as a better option. I'm not there yet but I'm tired of wasting my time look somewhere else all they push is SSRI that make you sick everytime u take 1. They also take about 4 weeks to work. Look elsewhere they are nice people but they won't help you look elsewhere
