I actually liked the services I was getting... up until I was unprofessionally cut off because I moved an hour away! No call... no warning... just cut me off and offered to help me find a new place in the area that I now reside! Mind you we are still dealing with the pandemic so I can still do video meetings... my counselor didnt call me or do one last visit to inform me I cant use them anymore... I found out by her taking me off the DBT group, I got an email saying "sorry to see you go, take care"... no phone call... I emailed her and asked her why I was removed... didnt give me a direct answer until I asked if the next day (TODAY) I would still have a session... to which she replied "No" honestly... after expressing what I was going through at the time 5 days before with my psychiatrist... cutting someone off like that could really mess up the wrong person and put someone in extreme stress!
