Today was my first visit with Dr.Sullivan & she truly made me feel comfortable. As someone who has had a traumatic experience medically . She put me at ease, her & her staff were so welcoming & warm. The environment coming off the elevator was very welcoming . Front desk were sweet & very informative. Happy with the decision on going to Valley .

Michelle at Harsha Behavioral Center has been amazing through this tough time with my 16yr old son. She has guided me through this process, and is helping getting my son the long term treatment that he needs. She went above and beyond to communicate with me, working with my schedule, transportation needs etc. Any hurdle we have had she has helped us overcome it. We are still currently working with Harsha Behavioral Center until the goal is met to reach his long term needs. He always talks about how nice everyone is at Harsha, and how safe he feels there. The help we received, and help with follow up care again means so much. Thank you Harsha Behavioral Center, and special thank you to Michelle.

The Hamilton Center was founded for a good purpose, and has a good mission statement. Unfortunately greed, and having a real problem with how they handle people that they don't like is this place's two major problems/shortcomings. 10 years ago I became suicidal due to very low levels of hormones, and the symptoms associated with this problem, as well as the chronic sleep deprivation associated with this problem. Ironically according to a local endocrinologist it was some of the medicines that I was on that caused this issue. Well at the time the people working there didn't recognize this, and I was labeled the wrong way which really upset me, and I had some things to say about all of this that they didn't like. Rather than in trying to put themselves in my shoes and understand why I said what I did, they came back at me, after I said some of the things that I did. I started having the local police harass me, etc. The Hamilton Center works with the local law enforcement often. And they seem to have the mindset that if we don't like you, we will have the cops give you problems, even though you've done nothing wrong, and aren't a criminal. It's pretty sad what's became of this place. Hopefully someday they will get some good leadership who actaully care and aren't so money driven, and bullies. There's been a number of people that worked here that's quit after they refused to drink from the Kool-aid so to speak.
