Extremely horrible environment all around. Staff was horrifically unprofessional and rude. They have no respect or awareness for people in crisis. I was yelled at, laughed at, and had a door slammed right next to my face. They also were completely unaware of my allergies and tried to give me gluten MULTIPLE TIMES. I was grabbed during the skin check which is unacceptable. They refused to give me medication for nausea and instead gave me a laxative which was not at all needed. The whole time I was there, I sobbed in a chair alone and not a single person checked on me. There is no one on one therapy and the entire facility is a hell zone. Almost the entire staff were some of the rudest people I have ever had to interact with, and have no care for anybody's well being. This hospital should be shut down immediately. Caused even more trauma.

Strong no. I had to stay here for 8 months due to a DV situation and it was the worst. I've never been to prison but I'm guessing this is a close second. Bedbugs, rude staff, rude to us. They aren't there to help you find housing. I did it myself. They are there to drive you insane. They have weekly meetings and you are REQUIRED to go to them and they don't care if they interfere with the job you have so if you miss a meeting you get to be put on restriction and can't go anywhere but sit in your room. For me, I wasn't there for drugs but let's drug test me literally every single time I walk in the door. Other people will start rumors about you and staff believe them. Tammy is by far the first person there. I wouldnt send my worst enemy there. I wouldnt.
